96 year old man blessed with a child

Ramajit Raghav has record books running to him again. He was blessed with a first child by his 50 year old wife Shakuntala Devi, in November 2010. At the time he was 94. Now, after expressing his desire to father a child again at 96, his dreams have come true again. Mother and son are in good health after a normal delivery and have shifted to their one-room home in the city suburbs.
Finally contented about the birth of his two miracles, he has urged his wife to undergo a tubectomy to prevent further pregnancies. With this, he is the oldest man to become father, not once but twice, having beaten his own record the second time round. Raghav had been a bachelor for a long time and practiced celibacy throughout till he met Shakuntala ten years ago. In his younger days, he was a wrestler brought up on a wholesome vegetarian diet and abstained from alcohol all his life.

Before him, the oldest know dad was Nanu Ram Jogi of Rajasthan who fathered a child at the age of 90 in Rajasthan. The baby was his 21st child.
